You would think that it would be an easy straight forward process to find a good lawyer. Especially a good local Bay Area lawyer. But it really isn’t that simple. Some lawyers are like used car sales people they will tell you what they think you want to hear. Even if it isn’t the truth and even if it may hurt you later on down the road.

I personally believe that very few people think about whether or not the bay Area lawyer they are about to hire will really be good for thema nd their case.

Once they find a lawyer that they feel slightly comfortable with they jump on them as their savior. They just want to quickly find someone to take care of the problem. Too bad not all lawyers are created equal. There is some great information here on how to find a Bay Area lawyer. Thanks.

I agree. Finding someone that you are comfortable with to represent you can be stressful and a bit scary. I think you are right you can get more information about someone by Googling them then you used to be able to. It pays to do your homework. Thanks for the info.
